Ever since I started working, I began to gain weight as I get to go out and dine more with friends and colleagues. I have always loved to eat and I used to eat whatever I like without having to deal with gaining weight. Back in college, I was underweight and you can imagine that I was really too skinny weighing only 90 lbs. My friends would even tell me how lucky I was to have the freedom to indulge myself on my cravings like chocolates, ice cream, cakes, pastries, hamburgers, french fries, pizzas and many more. I believe that my metabolism was really fast that time because albeit my huge appetite on good food, I still managed to maintain the 90 lbs. weight with a 24-inch waistline. I absolutely felt sexy and confident that time because I can wear anything I want.
I wanted to gain extra pounds to get my ideal weight of 95 lbs. but I think I have overdone it because at this point, I gained 23 lbs. Hmmm…sounds frustrating.
I started to hit the gym around a month ago and I haven’t checked my weight since thus, I don’t know whether I lost some pounds or gained even more. I am planning to check for any changes before Christmas to know if I really achieved something in spending hours in the gym and tiring myself like hell. I have two more months to go for my gym membership at Slimmers World and I want to get the best out of it.
