I have enrolled in the gym to lose some extra pounds which I gained from unmonitored eating of pizzas, hamburgers, ice cream, pasta, chicken and a lot more. I lost a few pounds on the first two months because I really spent a lot of hours working out in the gym and followed a strict diet to get myself back in good sexy shape the soonest time possible. And yet during my Christmas vacation, I allowed myself to indulge in different kinds of sumptuous meals and as an expected consequence of the silly thing I have done, I gained back the pounds that I lost. Arrghhh! The worse thing is that I don’t feel like going back to the gym anymore. So how can I lose weight faster and still be healthy?
A friend suggested that I involve myself into sports like tennis. He doesn’t go to the gym but he plays tennis and observes proper diet to keep himself physically fit. He is indeed in pretty good shape. I might as well try it out myself and see if this will actually work for me.
