It was fortunate for me that I was able to watch the one, the only Oscars Night which was held on February 24, 2008 at 5pm PST/8pm EST! I was not there with the prestigious Hollywood stars at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood, California but I was in front of my TV admiring the stunning actors and actresses in their different expensive gowns and suits created for them by well-renowned designers solely for this remarkable occasion.
I liked how Anne Hathaway, Heidi Klum and Miley Cyrus looked in their fabulous dresses. Jessica Alba was also very beautiful even in her pregnant status. The beauty of Penelope Cruz, Nicole Kidman, Cameron Diaz and Jennifer Garner never faded all these years.
During the awarding ceremony, two movies proved to be more outstanding than the others when they garnered 8 nominations: No Country for Old Men and There Will Be Blood.
